All are welcome at the Lord’s Table for Communion!
Both wine(dark red) and grape juice(gold)are available to intinct(dip)your communion wafer in. Gluten free communion wafers are also available.
The Outreach Committee thanks you for your continued donations to the Little Free Food Pantry and Library. Due to freezing temperatures, canned goods are on the cart in the kitchen and available when the church is open. Dry goods(pasta, cereal, oatmeal, etc)will still be in the pantry along with Hormel/Prego microwavable meals and anything that can be frozen 24/7.
Volunteers to help with Sunday morning activities are needed! We are in need of Lectors (Readers), Ushers, Coffee Hour hosts, and Sunday School Teachers. Signup sheets are located on the bulletin board above the drinking fountain. Thank you!
NEW LIFE TREE: For the next two Sunday’s, February 2nd and February 9th, The NEW LIFE TREE Template, Guidelines, and Engraving Ordering Forms will be set up in the Narthex for your convenience. Carolyn Maas will be available to assist you. Those of you who may not be aware of our NEW LIFE TREE Memorial Program may refer to the article in the January/February Newsletter regarding The TREE. In the meantime, please feel free to visit the TREE located on the far wall of the Multipurpose Room. The engraved leaves already on the TREE may provide you with some ideas. Thank you
A reminder that if Alcona Schools close due to weather or road conditions, the office is closed and all events at New Life are also canceled.
