Sewing Group: The Sewing Group meets Tuesday’s at 12:00pm. Please feel free to join us, no sewing experience necessary!! Bring a bag lunch if you wish!
Adult Christian Education: ACE meets each Thursday at 10:00am, ALL are Welcome!
Outreach Committee Meeting: Thursday Feb. 13th at 12:00pm. We look forward to new people joining us! Reminder the “Giving Table” for February is collecting Hygiene products for The Ausable Inclusion Center, list of needed items, and additional information regarding the center can be found on the “Giving Table” in the Narthex.
Church Closing: Please keep in mind that if Alcona Schools are cancelled due to inclement weather, all events and activities at New Life will also be cancelled. If there is severe weather on Sunday, we will make every effort to cancel church in a timely manner. Please keep an eye on your emails and the Church’s Facebook for up to date information regarding Church cancellations. In the eventthat Church is not cancelled, please use your best judgement on whether or not to venture out onto the roads. Your safety is our main concern.
Cold and Flu Season is upon us, and there are a few different bugs floating around! If you are more comfortable in waving, fist or elbow bumping during passing of the peace, please do not hesitate to do so.

Prayer for and of the members of New Life: Loving God, be with us and guide us during this time of discernment. Fill our leaders, especially the Call Committee, with your wisdom. Lead us and guide us O Lord to be about the work of your kingdom even as the search for a new pastor continues. Bless all who have taken on extra responsibility and fill them with a sense of your love and presence. Guide those who are discerning their calls in ministry and put a “fire in their bellies” that one may be led to New Life. We pray in your Son’s name Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
