New Life Lutheran is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and the North/West Lower Michigan Synod. We vary in age from a little over a year to our oldest member who just turned 96. Many of our members did not grow up Lutheran and have a Roman Catholic, Episcopal, Methodist, or Mennonite background. We also have frequent visitors who have a Seventh Day Adventist and Christian Scientist background. We like to be out doing various things in the community, and have hosted various presentations such as CPR training, end of life planning, movie discussions and evenings of music.
