Adult Christian Education: ACE meets each Thursday at 10 am. All are welcome! Readings and discussion on the following books are: Dec 4, 11, and 18 “SERVICE – Ministry with Heart and Hands” – A Bible Study exploring service in a variety of contexts from Genesis to Revelation. In January, we will read and discuss the book, “Why Fish Don’t Exist ” – by Lulu Miller, a story of Loss, Love, and the Hidden Order of Life.
Volunteers Needed: Your help is requested in Volunteering to providing Coffee Hour Goodies, Ushering, Reading, and Communion Helper. Please see the signup sheets located above the drinking fountain. If you would like information on any of the above activities, please see Lila Will. Thank You

Prayer for and of the members of New Life: Loving God, be with us and guide us during this time of discernment. Fill our leaders, especially the Call Committee, with your wisdom. Lead us and guide us O Lord to be about the work of your kingdom even as the search for a new pastor continues. Bless all who have taken on extra responsibility and fill them with a sense of your love and presence. Guide those who are discerning their calls in ministry and put a “fire in their bellies” that one may be led to New Life. We pray in your Son’s name Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
