Annual Congregational Meeting: Sunday October 22, following worship. Agenda items include Annual reports, Council elections, Budget, and the Spring Bazaar.

Potluck and a Movie! Please plan on staying after church October 29th to enjoy the movie “Luther” staring Joseph Fiennes, Alfred Molina, and Sir Peter Ustinov. Bring a dish, snack, or appetizer to share. Tableware and beverages will be provided.
Cookies!!: If you are planning on making cookies for Chaplain Chris Laughlin, and the soldiers at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, please have them at church by noon on Wednesday, October 18! They will packaged and mailed Wednesday afternoon.
Crafting Day: October 25, 12:30 pm. Bring a craft you are working on for the Bazaar, or work on some projects your bazaar committee has planned. No talent required, simply patience and a good mood.
Cooking Baking and Decorating Days: November 15th and 16th. Sugar cookies of all shapes will be baked on Wednesday, November 15th starting at 2 pm. The next day will be filled with decorating fun starting at 11:30 am! We might even have a few extra deer cookies to take home to your hunters.
Book Club: Wednesday, October 18. If you haven’t told Lois M. if you are attending, please do so asap!

Pr Chrisy is on vacation Thursday, 10/12 through Wednesday noon 10/18. If you are in need of pastoral care, please contact Pr. Laraine.
Please remember to tell Pr. Chrisy if you are having surgery, are hospitalized, ill, or simply want a visit. The hospital will not contact her, and with everyone’s busy schedules she may have stopped by your house, only to find no one home.
Office Hours: Typically, Pr. Chrisy is in the office Wednesdays from 11 am-7 pm and Thursdays 8 am -5 pm. Denise is typically in the office from approx. noon-5 pm on those same days. Both are often available by appointment if you need something outside regular office hours.
