For May and June, the Outreach Committee invites you to help stock the Little Free Food Pantry and Library! Chicken noodle soup, canned pasta type products, fruit, mac and cheese, and multi packs of oatmeal seem to be most popular right now. Toilet paper, laundry soap, and other hygiene products always welcome. Put your donation on the Giving Table by the mailboxes
The Outreach Committee is collecting flannel and terrycloth(towel) scraps. Please speak with Lila Will or Lois Marshall for more information.
Have you ever watched the ushers on Sunday morning and thought to yourself ‘That doesn’t look too hard’ or considered volunteering to usher but knew you didn’t want to help at communion? Have you ever looked at the coffee hour treats and considered providing some, but you only like to eat Oreos? Or don’t want to deal with the coffee pots? There is a place for you!!! If you have second hand treasures you would like to share, please feel free to donate them to the South Shore Fire Department’s Annual Garage sale(Saturday, May 26th). Most donations may be dropped off here at church. For larger items, please contact sshlfiredept@gmail.com. No clothes, please.
