Lead us and guide us O Lord to be about the work of your kingdom even as the search for a new pastor continues. Bless all who have taken on extra responsibility and fill them with a sense of your love and presence. Guide those who are discerning their calls in ministry and put a “fire in their bellies” that one may be led to New Life. We pray in your Son’s name, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Concession Stand Workers Needed: Help is needed working the Concession Stand at a few of the Alcona Middle School & JV Football games. This would be supporting the Alcona Band, which a few kids in our Congregation participate in. If you would like to help, please see the signup sheet on the bulletin board by the kitchen. Thanks!!

Nominating Committee-looking for volunteers to be on the 2024/2025 Church Council. It is good to note that even though a position has someone who wishes to seek a second term, or has expressed an interest in a position, does not eliminate anyone else from seeking that position. If that is the case, we will hold a written ballot vote at the Annual Meeting per our Constitution, for that position.
