All are welcome at the Lord’s Table for Holy Communion. We have both wine and grape juice. The wine is red in color and the juice is gold. Gluten-free wafers are available; just ask.

Sewing Group: Our Sewing Group will not meet for November. This will allow us to participate in Bazaar work bees. We will not meet in December. This will give us time to prepare for Christmas. We will most likely resume Sewing January 6, 2026.
Choir Rehearsal: Choir Rehearsal Wednesday at 7:00pm
Adult Christian Education: ACE meets each Thursday at 10:00am, ALL are Welcome!

Cold and Flu Season: With Cold and Flu season quickly approaching, please feel free to participate in the Sharing of the Peace in any manner that you are comfortable with, such as waving, fist bumps, etc. There is hand sanitizer in pew pockets for you to use.
Weather: I can’t believe that it’s that time already! Please keep in mind that if Alcona Schools are closed due to inclement weather, All meetings and/or events will be cancelled here at New Life.
Volunteers Needed: Your help is requested in Volunteering to providing Coffee Hour Goodies, Ushering, Reading, and Communion Helper. Please see the signup sheets located above the drinking fountain. If you would like information on any of the above activities, please see Lila Will. Thank You

Prayer for and of the members of New Life: Loving God, be with us and guide us during this time of discernment. Fill our leaders, especially the Call Committee, with your wisdom. Lead us and guide us O Lord to be about the work of your kingdom even as the search for a new pastor continues. Bless all who have taken on extra responsibility and fill them with a sense of your love and presence. Guide those who are discerning their calls in ministry and put a “fire in their bellies” that one may be led to New Life. We pray in your Son’s name Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
