All are welcome at the Lord’s Table for Holy Communion. We have both wine and grape juice. The wine is red in color and the juice is gold. Gluten-free wafers are available; just ask.

Cold and Flu Season: With Cold and Flu season upon us, please feel free to participate in the Sharing of the Peace in any manner that you are comfortable with, such as waving, fist bumps, etc. There is hand sanitizer in the pew pockets for you to use.
Adult Christian Education: ACE meets each Thursday at 10 am. All are welcome! In February, we will read and discuss the book, “Why Fish Don’t Exist ” – by Lulu Miller, a story of Loss, Love, and the Hidden Order of Life.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL- SAVE THE DATE!! VBS will be held August 10-13, 2026 from 9 a.m. to noon, Monday thru Thursday. Start thinking of your children, your grandchildren, your neighbors’ and friends’ children and grandchildren, and any other children in the community that we can invite. VBS is for preschool to 6th grade.
March Giving Table: Lent Piggy/Barnyard Bank collection continues throughout the month, we will also be collecting items for Alcona School “Claw” students. Please see flyer on Giving Table.
Easter Lily: We will continue our tradition of having Easter Lilies adorning our cross Easter Sunday. If you would like to purchase a Lily, please place your donation of $10.00 in a separate envelope and either place in the offering plate, or give it to Lila Will-you are welcome to take your Lily home after Easter Sunday service. Thank You!

Weather: Please keep in mind that if Alcona Schools are closed due to inclement weather, all meetings and or events will be canceled here at New Life. Also in the event we need to cancel Sunday Service, you will be notified by phone, email and Facebook, please keep an eye out for notifications. Prayer for and of the members of New Life: Loving God, be with us and guide us during this time of discernment. Fill our leaders, especially the Call Committee, with your wisdom. Lead us and guide us O Lord to be about the work of your kingdom even as the search for a new pastor continues. Bless all who have taken on extra responsibility and fill them with a sense of your love and presence. Guide those who are discerning their calls in ministry and put a “fire in their bellies” that one may be led to New Life. We pray in your Son’s name Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
